Registration Guideline

Registration Guidelines

  • Online registration is highly recommended. If online registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at reg_ksum@ultrasound.or.kr.

    Pre-registration Due Date: April 23 (Wed), 2025.

  • After you complete your online registration, you can only modify your personal information until April 23, 2025.

    If you wish to change the registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat at reg_ksum@ultrasound.or.kr

  • A receipt for your registration can be issued at 'My page' after you receive the confirmation letter of your registration.
  • Online registration will be available until April 23, 2025. From April 24, 2025, you will be required to register on-site.

Registration Process

  • STEP 1

    Sign Up

    Register your ID (e-mail) and password to join as a member of our website.

  • STEP 2

    Online Registration

    After signing up, log-in with your account and register for KSUM 2025 by typing in the requested information.

  • STEP 3

    Acknowledgement of Registration

    Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your on-line registration.

  • STEP 4

    Payment

  • STEP 5

    Confirmation of Registration

    Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment.

  • STEP 6

    Complete

    Complete your online registration
    ※ You will receive your confirmation of registration within 3 weeks agter the payment clearace.

Acknowledgement of Registration

Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your online registration.

Payment Status (Check at 'My page')

  • You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My page'.
  • Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet.
  • On-going: Payment has been successfully completed, but registration fee has not been credited to the KSUM 2025 account yet.
  • Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Confirmation of Registration

  • Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment.
  • Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
  • Payment Status will be changed from 'Payment is needed' to 'Payment is confirmed ' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.

Payment Method

Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options.

Credit Card

  • Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration.
  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
  • All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'KCP'.

Wire Transfer

  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • If the sender’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the KSUM 2025.

    Secretariat by fax or e-mail (reg_ksum@ultrasound.or.kr) after writing the registrant’s name that appears on the bank remittance receipt.

Cancellation Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (reg_ksum@ultrasound.or.kr)

  • All refund will be made after the congress.
  • All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refund.
  • Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation
Cancellation by April 23 (Wed), 2025 100% Refund
Cancellation by April 24 (Thu), 2025 No Refund
