Online registration is highly recommended. If online registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at reg_ksum@ultrasound.or.kr.
Pre-registration Due Date: April 23 (Wed), 2025.
After you complete your online registration, you can only modify your personal information until April 23, 2025.
If you wish to change the registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat at reg_ksum@ultrasound.or.kr
A receipt for your registration can be issued at 'My page' after you receive the confirmation letter of your registration.
Online registration will be available until April 23, 2025. From April 24, 2025, you will be required to register on-site.

STEP 1
Sign Up

Register your ID(e-mail address) and password to join as a member of our website.
* You will receive a sign-up confirmation email once the sign-up process is completed.
STEP 2
Online Registration

Register for KSUM 2025 by entering the requested information, and choose the payment method.
STEP 3-1
Payment (Credit card)

Please pay the registration fee by the credit card on the registration page.
* You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is confirmed.
STEP 3-2
Payment (Wire Transfer)

Please check the bank information below and send the registration fee via wire transfer.
* You will receive a confirmation email within a week once the remittance is confirmed.
STEP 4
Confirmation of Registration

Check the confirmation of your registration on 'my page'
* You can check the payment status.
* Confirmation of wire transfer may take several days. Please contact the secretariat for any questions.
STEP 5
Registration Completed

You can download the receipt of the registration fee, and the invitation letter for visa issuance.

You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My page'.
Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet.
On-going: Payment has been successfully completed, but registration fee has not been credited to the KSUM 2025 account yet.
Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Confirmation of Registration

Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks after receipt of the appropriate payment.
Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
Payment Status will be changed from 'Payment Needed' to 'Completed' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.

Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options.

All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
If the sender’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the KSUM 2025.
Secretariat by fax or e-mail (reg_ksum@ultrasound.or.kr) after writing the registrant’s name that appears on the bank remittance receipt.

Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (reg_ksum@ultrasound.or.kr)

All refund will be made after the congress.
All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refund.

Cancellation by April 23 (Wed), 2025	100% Refund
Cancellation by April 24 (Thu), 2025	No Refund
